Legal and Governance

Legal and Governance primarily provides legal, corporate, committee and administrative support services to the Council, its Elected Members and all the other Council Services.

It also provides or supports a range of services:

• Children's Panel
• Registration of births, deaths and marriages
• Licensing
• Planning Gain

Legal and Governance operates from four locations:

• Woodhill House, Aberdeen
• Gordon House, Inverurie
• St Leonard's, Banff
• Viewmount, Stonehaven
