Information
Stonehaven is famous for its quaint little shops, tranquil restaurants, historic enclosed harbour and seaside award winning beach. The unique art deco open-air Olympic size swimming pool is within walking distance.
The highlights of the summer season are the Highland Games and half marathon race. The caravan park is situated beside the village of Cowie, on the promenade next to the leisure centre.
Scenic beach walks to the cliffs of Dunnottar Castle, the challenging cliff top golf course and dolphin watching are among the attrations of Stonehaven.
