What can I do during the day?

Day services

With Inclusion In MindOur day services can provide a range of social activities. They can offer employment and training opportunities. Users of day services are encouraged to join in local community activities.

Day service can also help with personal care and daily living and can provide support and advice on every day problems.

Day services are available throughout Aberdeenshire for adults aged 18 to 65 who have a physical, sensory or learning disability or mental health problems.

Older people, who need some help to live independently in their own homes, can also attend day services in residential homes, resource centres or a variety of settings in the community.

The community hospitals at Insch and Rothieden also offer day services.
