There are two large rooms for events and activities one of which has dining facilities. These two rooms provide a relaxed and comfortable setting to accommodate the needs of individual groups.

The larger of the two rooms is equipped with a T Loop system which enables people who wear a hearing aid to enjoy any entertainment that takes place.

The smaller of these two rooms, the Cedar Lounge, is also available for group activities. A piano, TV and video and a music centre are available for use in both rooms.

"The Cosy Neuk" as the name suggests has a relaxed, homely atmosphere and is used for specialised day care for older people with dementia during the day. Tenants have access to the room in the evening.

All three rooms have access to a veranda area leading to a lovely garden with raised flower beds.
