Mental Health Aberdeen (MHA) provide the following:

- Companions Befriending Scheme (Banff, Ellon, Peterhead) - offering social contact to people experiencing mental health problems
- Haven - drop-in and local resource for people experiencing mental health problems
- Nexus - day centre for people with mental health problems
- The Arches - drop-in resource for people experiencing mental health problems
Breathing Space - a free and confidential phoneline service for any individual, who is experiencing low mood or depression, or who is unusually worried and in need of someone to talk to.
