Wherever you live, you should be happy and well looked after. If you are unhappy or worried about anything, you can tell me, and I can help you to get things sorted out.

When important meetings are being held, to talk about you, you should be able to say what you think. The grown ups should listen to you.

I can help you to think about what you want to say. If you want, I can come with you to the meeting, to help you to say what you think.

If there are things you want to know about, but don't know who to ask, you can talk to me about it. I can find out who can help you.
