Community Centres
Community Centres across Aberdeenshire are home to a wide range of adult groups. From this section you can find details of your local community centre and opportunities available.
Payment of Fees
Course fees vary but may be free to those in receipt of State Benefits/Pensions. All classes run subject to sufficient numbers enrolling and available resources.
Charges for College courses will vary depending on factors such as content and duration.

Surestart
Surestart Staff provide advice, help and support for families of children aged 0 – 3 years.
Surestart works in partnership with local Health Workers, Early Education Providers and other relevant professionals, focusing on improving the health and well being of families and children before, and from birth, so that children can make the most of the opportunities offered within the family, in the community and at school.
Range of Services include:
- support groups for parents
- informal education courses and activities
- baby massage
- baby yoga
- parenting courses - crèche provision
- support to Under 3's groups.

Banff and Buchan College
Banff and Buchan College is working in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council to offer a wide range of general interest and certificated courses across the North East.
