The Aberdeenshire Community Learning & Development Partnership has published its first Community Learning and Development Strategy. Working and Learning Together to Build Stronger Communities in Aberdeenshire describes the approach that the partnership will take to meet the Community Learning and Development (CLD) needs of communities in Aberdeenshire over the 3 year period from 2004 to 2007.
