Both landlord(s) and tenant(s) have a legal obligation to report any change of tenancy at a property.

Landlords can notify changes of tenancies at their properties by completing the online form or either an incoming or outgoing tenancy downloadable form.

Tenants

If you are a tenant and are moving into or out of rented accommodation, please fill out the change of address form.
