Energy Efficiency Council Tax Discount Scheme
Aberdeenshire Council has introduced a new Energy Efficiency Council Tax Discount Scheme.
From April 2010 all Council’s in Scotland have a duty under the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009 to set up a scheme which provides people with a discount to their Council Tax (excluding water & sewerage) when they install energy efficiency measures.
