Enforcement Policies
The enforcement of food law within Aberdeenshire falls under the responsibility of the Environmental Health Service and is undertaken by Environmental Health Officers and Authorised Officers.
The planning and delivery of food law enforcement activities needs to comply with the Food Law Enforcement Standard contained in the Framework Agreement on Local Authority Food Law Enforcement and with the Food Law Code of Practice (Scotland).
