Local Tenant Voice

A Local Tenant Voice (LTV), sometimes called a Village Voice, is a tenant volunteer who acts as a link between you, our tenants, and us in a defined community in areas where there is not a tenant or resident association.

Local Tenant Voices must have the backing of fellow council tenants in order to be able to represent your views on housing and related matters.

Local Tenant Voices are appointed for a period of three years following consultation with tenants in the local community. We provide Local Tenant Voices with information about issues which may affect their area to pass on to their neighbours and get informal feedback.

If you think you would be interested in becoming a Local Tenant Voice, please contact your local Tenant Participation Officer via your local Housing office
