Treasures of Historic Banffshire
The Treasures of Historic Banffshire exhibition celebrates local Celtic and Pictish archaeology of national significance, featuring the iconic animal-headed Deskford Carnyx circa AD80-300, a collection of Pictish silver jewellery known as the Gaulcross Hoard, the magnificent silver Gundestrup Cauldron and contemporary silverware and jewellery.’
The Activity Resource is free to download and makes cross curricular links to History, Scottish Studies and Expressive Arts.
