Facilities

An all year round facility for snowsports and tubing with a dedicated team of qualified and experienced snowsports instructors.

We offer:

  • 70 meter lubricated Dendix slope with Poma lift.
  • A dedicated 30 meter Trainer slope, with magic carpet lift
  • Flood-lit snowsports
  • Lounge area and facilities
  • Tubing for groups and individuals
  • Birthday parties

Skiing/Snowboarding

We have all-year round public sessions for skiers and snowboarders, private instruction for people who would like more one-to-one instruction and also Skiing Parties.

Private Instruction is available for skiing or snowboarding on most days throughout the year, with one hours private lessons starting at £35 for 1 or 2 people, or half hour junior private lessons starting at £25 for 1 or people.

Skiing parties, similar to tubing, are 1 Hour use of the slope and 1 Hour use of the lounge afterwards. A ski instructor is required if any participants are non-skiers and would be available for up to 8 people.

In the interest of safety, all skiers and boarders during public sessions must be able to perform to our minimum standard, which is a controlled snow plough turns and stop for skiers and a falling leaf for boarders from the top of the main slope. Long trousers, long sleeves, gloves and helmets must be worn on the slope at all times.

We offer regular ski and snowboard lesson blocks, please see below for further information.

Tubing

We offer public tubing sessions and tubing parties at the ski centre.

Public sessions run most weekends and during the week during school holidays. It is possible to reserve tubes for this session due to a limited amount of tubes.

Tubing Parties are pre-booked exclusive sessions. They are available on weekends, occasional term time weekday's and during the week during school holidays. The price for a party includes the use of the slope for one hour and the use of the lounge for one hour afterwards.

Additional Support Needs Tubing

Our next Additional Support Needs (ASN) tubing session will be Saturday 3 June 9.15am to 10.15am. Please book in advance.
