Language Packs

The Library Service has a large collection of language packs for the student or foreign traveller, on cassette or CD, for all levels from beginners to advanced. Whether you want to learn a few essential phrases for your holiday, study for an exam or simply improve your fluency in a foreign language we should have a course to suit you.

You can use the library catalogue to reserve any of the titles and you will be informed when it is ready for collection.

The range of courses includes:

• all the major European languages including Gaelic
• a selection of the major world languages including Chinese, Japanese and Arabic
