DVD

Saturday night at the movies…and every other night too.  There’s a huge range of DVDs for you to choose from in all our libraries and mobiles and you can see which new DVDs have been recently added to stock.  The following are examples of the types of DVDs we have in stock:

DVD can all be requested through the Library Catalogue and you will be informed when they are ready for collection. If you would like to request the purchase of a DVD for library stock please use our online request form

DVDs are subject to a borrowing charge.

Rental DVD

Because of film industry regulations the library service has to buy “Rental” editions of popular recently released DVDs.  These have to be ordered at a particular time each month and once supplied can not be obtained again.  For this reason it is important that any requests for recently released films should be made as early as possible.
