Review of Boards' Policy Statements 2010 - 2013

View Boards’ current policy statements

The Boards require to review and update their licensing policies for the period 2010 – 2013. The revised policies require to be published by 30th November 2010.

North Board

The North Board agreed the terms of their policy statement for the period 30th November 2010 - 31st October 2013 at a meeting on 24th November 2010.

The Board also agreed a set of revised local conditions

Anyone wishing to take advantage of the revised local conditions should apply for a minor variation of their premises licences.

Central and South Board Joint Policy Statement

The Central and South Boards have agreed the terms of their Joint Board Policy Statement for the period 31 November 2010 to 31 October 2013. The revised Board Policy Statement is noted below.
