Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 - Overprovision Policies - Central Board

The Central Board’s draft overprovision policy is available here for consultation. The consultation period runs until 20th August 2009. You can make responses to the document by e-mailing them to:-

The Board will review the draft document, together with any consultation responses made, at their meeting on Wednesday 26th August 2009. The Board will approve the final policy at that meeting. The policy will thereafter be published on the main licensing page of the Council’s website under the heading Policy Statements
