Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 - Overprovision Policies - North Board

The North Board currently has its draft overprovision policy out to consultation. The consultation period runs from 15th June 2009 until 21st July 2009. You can make responses to the document by e-mailing them to -

The Board will review the draft document, together with any consultation responses made, at their meeting on Wednesday 29th July 2009. The Board will approve the final policy at that meeting. The policy will thereafter be published on the main licensing page of the Council's website under the heading Policy Statements 2007 - 2010
