Major Applications Procedure
As from 2nd July 2007 the following applications will follow the Major Application Process:
Development of at least 10 residential units;- Business and Industry developments creating more than 1000 square metres of space or one hectare or more;
- Mineral developments;
- Wind Energy projects;
- Any other development that is over 1000 square metres or one hectare or more.

Pre-Application Meeting Dates (pdf 105 KB) details pre-set meeting dates and venues for pre-application meetings. A meeting date and time will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
