Aberdeenshire Local Plan

Landowners and developers have been invited to submit proposals for development that they would wish to be considered in the Main Issues Report, with a view to taking them forward over the next 12 to 15 years through the next Local Development Plan. The Aberdeenshire Local Plan was adopted on 30 June 2006. The Aberdeenshire Local Plan is part of the statutory development plan for the area. From here you can view the adopted Aberdeenshire Local Plan.

It is also available in printed form. Copies are available for sale, as the full Plan or as Area extracts. The cost of the full Plan is £60 (plus £10 P&P) and the cost of an area extract is £30 (plus £10 P&P). The Plan is available also on CD, cost £10.
