Introduction

Along side the production of a Local Development Plan there is a requirement to produce and consult on a Strategic Environmental Assessment and Equlaities Assessment.

Strategic Environmental Assessment

In accordance with the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005 an Interim Environmental Report has been prepared to assess the environmental impacts of the Main Issues Report. Copies of the report will be made available for inspection in libraries and council offices during the week commencing 25 May 2009. Copies of the full report is available below.
