Proposal of Application Notices

All applications for planning permission for National and Major development require pre-application consultation between developers and communities. The following lists provide details of the current proposed developments requiring this consultation.

Details of the consultation the prospective applicant proposes to undertake, a site/location plan, and any additional documentation submitted can be inspected at the local planning office. If the Planning authority has requested that further notification or consultation is undertaken, this is shown in the 'Response from Planning Authority' section of the list.

Should you wish to make comment on any proposal before the application is submitted you should contact the applicant/agent as detailed.

An application for planning permission in respect of the development cannot be submitted prior to the date shown. Should an application for planning permission be submitted full details will appear on the Planning Application Register and there will be a further opportunity to comment on the proposal.
