Who Qualifies for the service?

Those who cannot access public transport due to disability or infirmity, or who have limited access to conventional public transport.

All journeys must be pre-booked by calling the dial-a-bus hotline on 01224 665599 between 9.30am and 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. To cancel a journey, please leave a message on the A2B cancellation line on 01224 665580, available 24 hrs a day.

Where and When can I go?

The service operates door-to-door in Fraserburgh from the outlying towns and rural areas. The service also operates within Fraserburgh Town.

You may travel anywhere within the area indicated on the map.

Entitlement Card holders and TaxiCard holders travel free.

You can ask to travel at any time between these hours. We will try to pick you up at the time that you requested, but we take bookings on a first come first served basis, so you may be offered a trip at a different time to fit in with other passenger bookings.

*No service between 12.15pm - 12.45pm
