Buchan Dial-a-Community Bus

Buchan Dial-a-Community bus provides Community Transport for the Buchan area.

Dial-a-Community Bus provides a fully accessible transport service for people who have problems accessing public transport due to age, infirmity, social and rural exclusion. All size of safety seats can be provided for child passengers and a variety of walking aids as well as volunteer passenger assistants are available for those people with mobility or other difficulties.

Dial-a-Community Bus provides a Monday to Friday door to door shopping service for the elderly and disabled, a community group service, evening library visiting and evening youth transport as well as a door to door patient transport service by minibus or car for those people in Buchan who may need transport to clinics/doctors/dentists/ hospitals etc.

As well as their core transport services Dial-a-Community Bus have opened Shopmobility in Peterhead and also operate the A2B dialabus services into Peterhead and Fraserburgh for Aberdeenshire Council.
