Multi Operator Through Ticketing
How does through-ticketing work?
The scheme enables passengers to pay fares for onward bus journeys in a single transaction.A 10% fares discount is provided compared to the total cost of the individual journeys. Single and return fares are available. For example:
Travelling from Stuartfield to Aberdeen, using Central Buchan A2B dial a bus to Mintlaw Square and then Stagecoach from Mintlaw to Aberdeen would cost £11.90 buying separate tickets. An Aberdeenshire Connect ticket costs £10.70 , saving you £1.20
What services are these tickets available on?
We have made these tickets available where it benefits passengers most.
Stagecoach Bluebird, Aberdeenshire's biggest bus operator offer their own through tickets on some services, giving better value when you are changing between Stagecoach buses.
Aberdeenshire Connect is currently available on the following services:
