Inverurie
Inverurie Swimming Centre is based next to the Inverurie Academy, and offers an excellent range of sporting and social facilities, within a friendly and welcoming environment. The Centre is home to a range of sports clubs, and specialises in offering a comprehensive programme of swimming lessons for all ages and abilities.

In total, since its inception in 1986, more than half a million people have taken part, raising a staggering £30 million for more than 30 charities across the UK.
This year Swimathon is extremely pleased to support Marie Curie Cancer Care.

- Normal Procedures to be adhered to during all sessions.
- Members of the public will be required to vacate the pool before and after fun sessions.
- Any person wishing readmitance will be required to pay the full admission for the fun session.
- Children must be accompanied by one adult to one child (ideally) or one adult to two children maximum.

Inverurie Swimming Centre will be closed to the public on the following days and times:

Please be advised that fees for the next block of lessons commencing 18th August 2008 must be paid by 29th June for Over 5 sessions and 13th July for Duckling Classes.
Inverurie Swim Centre is a very popular pool and currently teaches over 900 swimmers per week; which is 21% of the total number of swimmers being taught throughout Aberdeenshire. However we have established that we can do this more efficiently.
At the moment Inverurie Swim Centre are in the process of re-evaluating the swimming lessons. The aim is to increase the number of lessons being run per week in order to reduce the waiting times.

If you would like to take part in a block of Adult and Child Classes then you can register on the following dates. Payment must be taken when booking and this can only be done by visiting Inverurie Swimming Centre (i.e not by phone).
The following registration dates are for Adults and Children who have not taken part in the previous block. If you have taken part in the previous block you can sign up after the intial two week registration period, if there are spaces remaining. For example, if an adult and child have taken part in the October to December block this year, they can sign up for the January block after the 2nd December 2007.

Learn to Swim Registration
To register your child on one of the waiting lists please use the link below to access the form. This must be completed and returned by post or e-mail to Inverurie Swim Centre. Please ensure all details are complete.
Any child that is on the Under 5 waiting list will not be placed automatically onto the Over 5 Waiting list. If the parent / carer wishes their child to take part in over 5 lessons, they can be placed on the list once they are 4 yrs old.
