If you volunteer with Community Learning and Development (CLD) we will help you get the most out of your involvement with the service.
Our aim would be for you to:
- meet new people
- learn new skills
- have fun
- feel good about yourself
- make a vital contribution to your community
Volunteering can often lead to better job prospects
All volunteers with CLD will have support from a worker who will help ensure the best experience for all concerned. You will be provided with an information pack and be given advice, direction and guidance.
If you would like to volunteer you should contact your local Community Centre and staff there will be able to advise you.
This website will be able to give you all the information you need about the kind of activities that are supported by volunteers. If we are unable to find an opportunity for you, we may be able to direct you through our links with Volunteer Centre Aberdeenshire, Aberdeenshire Council for Voluntary Service and Scottish Council for voluntary Organisations.
