Crichie Court

Situated in the rural village of Stuartfield, Crichie Court gets its name from the byname for the village. Crichie Court lies in the Southwest corner in a quiet location, but still only 250m from the village square. The community is well served by its village shops, post office and butcher. The local medical practice provides a surgery within the village which is within easy reach of the scheme.
Accommodation
Built in 1997, Crichie Court offers a high level of comfort. It comprises of 16 flats of 1 and 2 bedrooms. All the properties have double-glazing, central heating and fitted kitchens. The flats are all fitted with a Door Entry System and can be connected to the Community Alarm System if required.
There is a large common room that can be used by all residents for catching up over a cup of tea or a friendly game of cards. The warden can provide bingo and other entertainment if requested by the tenants. Should tenants have relatives who have to travel considerable distances there are two guestrooms available for overnight stays. The complex also benefits from communal laundry facilities and a lift allowing easy access to the upper level.
Rent and Service Charges
Rent for a flat would depend on the characteristics that each flat. Rent is charged on a weekly basis but you may choose to pay on a weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly basis. This includes:
- heating and lighting,
- wardens services (9am – 5pm weekdays and 9am – 1pm at weekends)
- TV licence.
Rent is usually reviewed on an annual basis.
