Fraserburgh with its larger selection of shops is only 5 miles away and is accessed by a regular bus service.

Built in 1985, Invercairn Court offers a high level of comfort.

It comprises of 16 flats, 6 of which are bed-sit types with the remaining 10 having 1 bedroom which is suitable for 2 people.

All the properties have double-glazing, central heating and fitted kitchens.

For added security the flats are all fitted with a Door Entry System and are also connected to the Community Alarm System.

The complex benefits from two common rooms that can be used by all residents for a number of activities.

There are two guestrooms available for overnight stays by relatives if required. The complex also benefits from a stair lift allowing easy access to the upper levels.

Communal laundry facilities and a bathroom are also available for use by residents.

Rent and Service Charges

Rent for a flat would depend on the characteristics that each flat. Rent is charged on a weekly basis but you may choose to pay on a weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly basis. This includes:

• heating and lighting
• wardens services (9am – 5pm weekdays and 9am – 1pm at weekends)
• TV licence
• Rent is usually reviewed on an annual basis.
