Mitchell Court is situated right on the main street of the village of Sandhaven and a short walk from all facilities and the harbour. Sandhaven offers a good selection of local shops and amenities. A good local bus service runs to the nearest large centre of population Fraserburgh, which is approximately 2 miles distant and offers an excellent range of shops and leisure facilities.

Rent for a flat would depend on the characteristics that each flat has and is charged on a 4 weekly basis.

• wardens services (9am – 5pm weekdays and 9am – 1pm at weekends)

Rent is usually reviewed on an annual basis.
