Employment Land Audit 2011
The Employment Land Audit is carried out annually by Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City Councils to determine the extent and status of the employment land supply in the area. The audit is used to decide whether there is an adequate supply of land for employment.
Employment sites are included in the audit if they haven been allocated for industrial/ business/ employment land in a finalised or adopted Local Plan or if they have valid planning approval.
The Audit is published annually. The 2011 Audit has a base date of 1st April. More information on the audit process, the criteria for determining the status of sites and details of the employment land supply can be found in the most recently published Employment Land Audit below.
