Public Sector Procurement Opportunities
A new guide offering small and medium sized enterprises advice on how to bid for public sector catering contracts has been launched.
Produced by the SAOS and Scotland Food & Drink, the guide was developed using the real experiences of those involved in public procurement throughout Scotland and provides practical guidance to businesses interested in supplying quality food and drink to the public sector by explaining how such markets operate, what the requirements are, and how to maximise the opportunity to win new business.
A seminar on the procurement opportunities within the Public Sector for food and drink companies was held at the Grassic Gibbon Centre, Arbuthnott on 22nd June 2010. See below for programme and Speakers' presentations.
