Aberdeen's Highland Games - Trade Stand
Aberdeen’s Highland Games will be held on Sunday 20th June 2010 from 10.00am to 6.00pm in the Games Field, Hazlehead Park, Aberdeen. This will be a special year as the Games celebrate its 50th anniversary. Over 20,000 people attended last year, however, previous attendances have averaged around 10,000.
Attached for your information is a trade stand application form for completion and return. Because of limited availability, at this stage, you are not guaranteed a space and will be informed if you have been successful after the closing date.
The closing date for submission of application form is 12noon on Thursday 25th March 2010.
The Trade Stand pitches come in a variety of sizes and costs, as outlined in the application form.
The Advertising Package is a wonderful opportunity to increase your company’s profile as all people and competitors attending the games receive a free copy of the games programme. Again, the costs are outlined on the application form.
Successful applicants will be notified week commencing Monday 5th April 2010 when payment will be required and terms and conditions agreed and signed.
Any trade stand not paid by 6th May 2010 will be declined a pitch and the space reallocated.
