| 4.00-4.15pm | Welcome by Scott Kelman, Chairman of the Grampian Food Forum Operations Group. Scott will provide an overview of Forum activities |
| 4.15-4.45pm | Alex Patchett, responsible for local sourcing for wholesale distributor 3663, will define the 3663 Local Foods approach and why it is important to them. She will outline the benefits of Local Foods to foodservice and how this is marketed to the sector. |
| 4.45-5.00pm | Neil Coull of Macphie of Glenbervie Ltd will give an overview of how they have approached developing a range of products specifically aimed at supplying the foodservice sector. |
| 5.00-5.20pm | Karen Scott and Phil Annandale of Macphie of Glenbervie Ltd will highlight the company's environmental strategy and how to communicate green credentials effectively to customers. |
| 5.20-5.30pm | Allene Bruce of Scotland Food and Drink will provide membership information on the organisation and inform of forthcoming events. |
| 5.30-5.45pm | The panel will be happy to answer your questions. |
| 5.45-6.00pm | Sum up then break into group for tours. |
| 6.00-7.00pm | Pre-booked tours of the new multi-million pound biomass plant, which is the first of its kind in Scotland. |
| 6.00-7.00pm | Pre-booked individual appointments with Alex Patchett. |
| 6.00-7.30pm | A buffet using Macphie products will be available while delegates wait for individual meetings and tours of the biomass plant. Information stands will also be on available during this time. |
