Curtains
Curtains can be recycled at a Textile Recycling Point. Please wash textiles and put them in a plastic bag to protect them before putting them in the Recycling Point.
Cushions
Cushions can be recycled at a Textile Recycling Point. Please wash textiles and put them in a plastic bag to protect them before putting them in the Recycling Point.
Light Bulbs
Low energy and fluorescent bulbs (but not 'normal' filament bulbs) can be recycled with other electrical items at a Household Waste & Recycling Centre.
Throws
Throws can be recycled at a Textile Recycling Point. Please wash textiles and put them in a plastic bag to keep them clean and dry before putting them in the Recycling Point.
Shoes
Shoes can be recycled at a Textile Recycling Point. Please tie them together in pairs.
Hair Dryers
Hairdryers can be recycled with other electrical items at a Household Waste & Recycling Centre.
Hairspray Cans
Hairspray cans can be recycled with food and drinks cans. Please fully empty before recycling. Put any plastic lids in your refuse.
Clothes
Clothes can be recycled at a Textile Recycling Point. Please wash textiles and put them in a plastic bag to keep them clean and dry before putting them in the Recycling Point.
Phones
Mobile or cordless phones can be recycled with other electrical items at a Household Waste & Recycling Centre.
