However, if you are interested in a property you should make sure you satisfied with the description through inspection or other means.

Important note regarding obtaining a property 

We reserve the rights to continue to market properties, until such time as terms and conditions have been agreed, accepted by you in writing and received by us, and a binding contract is in place.

Where more than one party is interested in a property, we may set a closing date for offers. In the event of competing interests it will be the exclusive right of the council to allocate the property.
