Business rates: New Fibre Relief
From 1st April 2019 until 31st March 2034 telecommunications new fibre infrastructure is eligible for 100% relief.
This relief may be capped under The Non-Domestic Rates (Restriction of Relief) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 and may be awarded as TCA de minimis due to the sectoral restrictions which apply. View a summary guide to awarding subsidies.
