- Use of your postcode and address (if entered in settings) to look up and provide waste collection details specific to your address – the user has the choice whether to provide details
- Use of your name, phone number, postcode, address, and email address to respond to you if you request a response to a Support or Fault Report form submission – the user has the choice whether to provide details during the form submission
- Use of your name, postcode, and address (if ‘include diagnostic data’ is selected in a Support request) to diagnose issues and respond to you – the user has the choice whether to provide details during Support form submission
- Use of your name, phone number, and/or email address to respond to you regarding a Customer Survey submission – the user has the choice whether to provide details during the form submission

Retention period for the data
Postcode and address if entered in the settings screen is held on the device until the app is uninstalled.
Name, phone number, postcode, address, and email address, if provided in relation to a Support or Fault Report submission, is held on our server for a period of 3 months then deleted.
Name, phone number, and/or email address, if provided in relation to a Survey is held on our server for a period of 3 months then deleted.
