Food hygiene and safety advice for businesses
According to food hygiene regulations, all food handlers must be supervised, instructed or trained in food hygiene matters.
If you are handling food you must also apply food safety management procedures to your business. This is based on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point opens in a new tab (HACCP).
We offer food safety training and education courses for people in the food industry. Training courses are also run by various colleges and private training companies throughout Aberdeenshire.
