The scheme has 41 self-contained one bedroom flats and four linked cottages. Most of the flats have a separate bedroom and are suitable for two people. But some are bed-sit type.

Facilities at the scheme include:

  • two communal rooms
  • two communal bathrooms
  • communal laundry facilities

There are four guest rooms available for use by relatives or friends who don't live locally.

Various regular social activities, which are organised by residents and supported by staff if needed, include:

  • bingo
  • coffee mornings
  • lunches

There is a bus stop immediately outside Albany Court, giving quick and easy access to all the facilities Fraserburgh has to offer. The scheme is also well located for the nearby hospital and one of the local GP practices.
