Northern Court sheltered housing

Northern Court Sheltered Housing in FraserburghNorthern Court sheltered housing scheme is located in the centre of Fraserburgh.

The scheme has 37 self-contained flats and two linked cottages. 33 flats have one bedroom and are suitable for two people. The remaining four flats are of bed-sit type. The linked cottages are suitable for two people.

All the properties have fitted kitchens, central heating and double-glazing. The flats are fitted with a door entry system. All properties are connected to the community alarm system.

Facilities at the scheme include:

  • a large communal room residents can use for catching up over a cup of tea or a friendly game of cards
  • communal laundry facilities including tumble dryers
  • a lift for easy access to the upper levels

There are two guest rooms available for use by relatives or friends who don't live locally.

Regular social activities, which are organised by residents and supported by staff if needed, include:

  • bingo
  • keep fit
  • coffee mornings

As well as special activities like bus trips, a Burns Night and a Christmas party.

Northern Court benefits from all the facilities Fraserburgh has to offer. The Post Office and bingo hall are only 50 metres away, as are numerous shops providing every service you are likely to need.
