If you are interested in purchasing an empty home, we can help you find the property, or properties, that are right for you.

You can view empty homes for sale and complete an online form to register an interest. 

When registering your interest you can let us know your requirements for the property, such as:

• type
• size 
• location

We can then pass your contact details to the owners of any suitable properties.

Benefits for buyers include:

• It is free to register your details on our website
• An empty home needing repair can be purchased on a lower budget, and can provide an opportunity to personalise the property to your preferences
• You can find a wide range of properties with many sizes, types and conditions available

There may be further incentives available to the buyer, such as:

• reduced rated VAT available for eligible works done by VAT registered contractor to the property if it has been empty for 2 or more years
• service and merchants discounts
• energy efficiency loans and grants
