Gas servicing
Who is responsible for servicing gas appliances in my home?
We are required by law to inspect gas appliances that we have given your home. You must let us have access to do these safety checks.
You will be told when your annual safety check is due. If you are not able to provide access on the date given, please contact the gas servicing contractor on the number provided and arrange another date.
It is critical that you give access to your home. If you do not, we will start legal proceedings to gain entry. We will charge you the cost of gaining entry and any additional costs.
