Oil servicing and safety

Oil Servicing

Who is responsible for servicing oil appliances in my home?

We are responsible for the inspection of oil fired central heating systems that we have installed.

We will service your boiler and make sure that it stays safe. You will be told when your annual safety check is due. If you are not able to give access, please contact the servicing contractor on the number given and arrange another date. You must let us have access to carry out these important safety checks.

You are responsible for keeping an adequate supply of oil in the tank. You should make sure the tank is not allowed to run dry. If the tank does run dry, the system will need to be bled and we will charge you for this work.
