Overcrowded house

If your house is overcrowded because the size of your family has increased you should apply for a house transfer. We may be able to help you get a larger house.

There is a very low turn over of larger properties with three or four bedrooms. This means they do not become available often.

You must not let your house become overcrowded by allowing people who are not on your tenancy agreement stay with you.
