Repairs during adverse weather

We may not be able to carry out a full repairs service during Met Office weather warnings.

During a red weather warning, no repairs will be possible in those affected areas.

During an amber weather warning our Repairs teams will respond to emergency repairs only. Local conditions may mean that even these repairs are not possible straight away.

Generally, any non-essential repairs that are already booked will be rescheduled, when a red or amber alert comes into effect. You don't need to do anything. We will contact you to rearrange your appointment.

During a yellow weather warning our Repairs teams should be able to attend to both non-emergency and emergency repairs as usual.

When there are any severe weather warnings affecting Aberdeenshire, we will provide any relevant updates.
