Right to our repairs service

We may impose restrictions if:

• You have entered into the Right to Buy process
• Your home is scheduled for demolition
• You or your family present a current risk of violent or abusive behaviour towards our staff or representatives

 If you disagree with any decision to limit repairs, you can write to your local Housing Manager or Have Your Say.
