Upgrades to your home
Every year, we upgrade hundreds of properties where the fixtures and fittings are in need of repair or replacement. This is carried out on a pre-programmed basis.
If the property is due to have improvement work carried out as part of an approved upgrade programme, such as a new kitchen or bathroom, related repairs will only be carried out if the fault:
- is a risk to health and safety
- is covered by the Right to Repair
- will cause you serious inconvenience
If your property has had improvement works completed in the past twelve months, we will pass any fault relating to the work done back to the contractor responsible to fix it under guarantee.
