Licensing - Equalities
Aberdeenshire Licensing Board recognises the following equality characteristics which are protected under the Equality Act 2010:
- race (includes Gypsy Travellers)
- sexual orientation
- sex (gender)
- disability
- gender reassignment

The Boards aim to provide excellent services for all. The Boards are committed to building equalities into every part of the licensing process. Like a stick of rock, equalities must be a part of everything we do.
